About Accenture Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP)
Accenture Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP) is a well-designed systematic and personalized development program for our graduate recruits. The program aims to cultivate well-rounded talent and business leaders for our Strategy & Consulting, Song and Technology by providing new joiners with two-year customized training and experiences working on a wide range of projects. Enabling rapid growth of our new recruits and helping them build industry expertise and leading technical capabilities, the AAP program primes them for their future career working alongside Accenture’s cross-industry teams to formulate exclusive digital solutions, empower end-to-end transformation and create 360° value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Work across a variety of industries’ structures and perform primary research that address business issues. Generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
Drive strategic insights and actionable implications, reflecting Accenture Strategy’s deep industry, IT and business process acumen.
Help our clients build the capabilities they need for growth, innovation and sustainable high performance.
Work in multi-disciplinary teams and leverage the power of Accenture’s global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver results.
Help clients understand leading-edge technology capabilities and the transformational impact on their business.
Engage with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the Strategy business.
Experience, Attributes And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above with an expected graduation date in 2025.
Majors from any discipline are welcome; business analysis, economics, data analysis, computer science, statistics, mathematics and engineering related majors and backgrounds are preferred.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Digitally savvy, curious and passionate about technology; familiarity with cutting-edge technology and business information, with a desire to develop and
deepen skills in consulting
Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in professional growth and learning.
Ability to work collaboratively with different people, effectively articulating ideas to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals.
Proven ability to adapt, overcome obstacles to achieve and deliver results, with the courage and flexibility to undertake work responsibilities in different projects/locations.
