SENIOR ASSOCIATE (QUANTITATIVE)

The primary responsibility is to provide day to day support to Directors and Senior Managers across a range of accounts and build significant impact to our client’s businesses. Senior Associate supports the BU's goals by delighting clients with outstanding work, developing the team capabilities and ensuring efficient delivery. As a key interface between the organisation and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, driving preparation of presentations and reports as well as internal responsibilities such as project management, and mentoring juniors on tasks specific to the accounts.
Role Description
- Handle accounts to ensure as a team all account results are met
- Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of account outputs including data tables, important metrics, presentations, reports and workshops – balancing own analysis and creation of results with delegating within the team
- Support development and implementation of appropriate solutions to drive significant insight for clients’ needs and their business
- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients, and results and analysis conducted for them
- Conducts research in compliance with the ISO 20252 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures
Role Requirements
- Educated to a degree level, preferable in Marketing or Business
- With at least 3 years of validated experience in Market Research agency or Consumer Insights
- Experienced in using explorative and quantitative research methods to capture insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – writing proposals and presentations that are engaging and insightful
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management/the ability to prioritise multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and empower people and promote team spirit
- Positive and flexible demeanor, open to build, explore new topics and approaches
