As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant with 7 to 13 years of experience you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Required knowledge of SQL and other analytical tools
- Required knowledge of core banking Domain and customer Domain
- Working knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
- Facilitation skills to drive accurate requirements elicitation across many stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to organize requirements effectively.
- Agile, Jira, Confluence, story grooming
- Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related role.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
