Role Overview
- You will support the growth of Cognizant’s Organizational Change Management consulting business by:
- Manage and facilitate the process of change within an organization, ensuring that projects and strategic initiatives meet objectives within established timeframes.
- Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
- Drive organizational alignment across various stakeholder’s groups (leadership, business champions, change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through a variety of change enablement and engagement activities.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessment (CIA) workshops and develop tailored mitigation plans to address the stakeholder impacts
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep employees informed about upcoming changes and the reasons behind the change.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Facilitate change management meetings and workshops to help prepare employees for upcoming changes.
- Compile change readiness findings, identify key personas, user themes and develop a Change Strategy outlining the activities required to support the overall change initiatives
- Provide training and support to employees to help them transition smoothly through the change process
Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a role as (an external) organizational change management consultant
- Proven track record of delivering successful transformational change consulting engagements at international corporations
- Experience with implementing leading technology platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, MS365, ServiceNow, Informatica
Desirable
- MBA/MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Organization Psychology, or Behavioral Science
- Change Management Certified Professional e.g. PROSCI or ACMP
- Deep understanding of the latest organizational change management trends
- Strong affinity with (digital) technology
