Consultant Commercial Growth Strategy
Consultants in Commercial Growth Strategy are dynamic individuals who bring energy, expertise, and momentum to our projects. Consultants are responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, supporting business development, and contributing to the growth of our organisation.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in quantitative research and/or commercial marketing
- Proven capability and success in consulting or relevant roles
- Ability to synthesise complex data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and strategic patterns
Responsibilities
Client Responsibility
- Participate in client relationships on diverse projects, collates client information for the team
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Support new business growth by contributing to proposal writing and identifying new prospects
- Farm existing clients, helping to develop a deep understanding of their business context
Commercial Responsibility
- Manage project KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate inputs and updates
- Drive project profitability by managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Actively manage utilisation to meet targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue
Organisation Responsibility
- Lead and upskill junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Participate actively in organisational initiatives and practice thinking
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Solution Responsibility
- Craft and lead quality client solutions, elevating them from good to breakthrough
- Contribute to the development of practice content, methodologies, and best practices
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of solutions delivered to clients, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements
