ROLE: Lead Configuration Analyst
Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Responsibilities
Lead configuration teams, define and implement best practices, oversee complex projects and configurations, and make informed decisions even when all information isn’t clear or available.
- Take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements, translating customer needs into actionable configurations, to conducting thorough testing and quality assurance (QA).
- Use a fundamental level of knowledge of the relevant tools, products, and processes to support the team in the building, review, and delivery of custom versions of ALEX and other SaaS products. Oversee complex, custom customer requests to ensure they are handled accurately and on time.
- Perform rigorous testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure healthcare benefits configurations are functional, reliable, and user-friendly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to maintain the quality of implementation.
- Leverage tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other modern tools for task tracking, documentation, and effective communication across teams.
- Manage multiple, concurrent implementations, balancing deadlines and ensuring each project meets its timeline while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex implementation issues, ensuring practical solutions are delivered to meet customer needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and review the work of Configuration Analysts, ensuring all configurations and deliverables meet internal standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in U.S. healthcare benefits (preferred), with a proven track record in leading configuration teams, defining and implementing best practices, executing complex projects and configurations, and managing implementation and renewal processes.
- Expert in U.S. healthcare benefits implementation and configuration of SaaS products, with a focus on leading the end-to-end implementation process and ensuring quality at every stage.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare benefits (preferred), including PPO, HDHP, HMO, HSA, HRA, Premium & Surcharge, with expertise in assessing eligibility based on employee population, plans, salaries, location, union groups, etc., to manage complex implementations or renewal.
- Excellent communication skills required for effectively collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in complex data entry, quality assurance, and general attention to detail and problem solving.
