Join us in this project and start making a contribution to innovation in the industry! We are looking for a Business (Process) Analyst to work in this project in Spain (Remote). Key Responsibilities: - Business analyst with experience with CRM, O2C, Finance and Customer Service; - Specialized in process areas, such as CRM, and order-to-cash; - Map and analyze processes, visualizing workflows, decision pts and roles; - Collect, clean and analyze data to ID patterns, trends and metrics; - Optimize and measure impact of changes; - Gather requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys across depts; - Design and improve processes based on analysis, and stakeholder input, incluind maps, roles, and metrics; - Engage stakeholders to align with organization goals; - Document current/future state, proposed changes, and report outcomes to management; - Strong analytical skills to ID inefficiencies and create solutions; - Tech proficiency in modeling, data tools, and automation; - Clear comms for stakeholder collab, and requirements; - PM skills to manage tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines; - Skilled in process mapping/doc, and problem-solving to enhance efficiency; - Fluent in English and Spanish.
