Job Title: Aspentech/Tulip MES Consultant
Experience: 6-12 years

Roles and Responsibilities
- To bring industry knowledge, consulting experience, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients to deliver business value
- To work with major customers from Lifesciences, Oil & gas and other process manufacturing clients to develop and execute Manufacturing Execution System (MES)/ Industry 4.0 projects
- To harness extensive knowledge with company methodologies, approach, people and assets to deliver sustainable long - term MES solutions
Role Summary
- Handling Requirement gathering workshops, AS-IS Analysis, MES Assessment, Product and Vendor Assessments for Industries
- Capturing business problems, value drivers, functional and non-functional MES requirements
- Preparing Functional Design Specification (FDS) and Detailed Design Specification (DDS) documentation, Business Process flow diagram, business case.
- Identify Integration touch points across MES applications based on business processes.
- Assess landscape, and technology stack and identify gaps and issues, opportunities for improvement, create clear documentation requirement, design documentations
- Interact with technology partners, designers and developers to understand & suggest software functionalities & feasibilities
- Interact with key internal and external stakeholders of technical, project teams, client
Key Competencies & Skills
- Knowledge or 6-10 years of experience of AspenTech/Tulip Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications
- Has experience of consulting in digital manufacturing and MES areas
- Knowledge on ISA-95/MESA standards, functional architecture, technical architecture of MES/MOM systems related processes
- Domain skills – experience in any Lifesciences, Pharma, Oil & gas and other Process manufacturing
- Has knowledge and consulting experience of Industry 4.0 solutions
- Has experience working in Agile methodology, project delivery, scrum events and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation & communication skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Should possess Business analysis, stakeholder management skills
- Has ability to learn quickly and agility to adapt to the changes
