Qualifications:
- 1+ years of direct Private Equity investing experience at a reputable private equity firm (REQUIRED!)
- Already at the Associate level within a Private Equity investment team
- Experience with Consumer, Industrials or Business Services investments is a plus
- Excellent Financial Modeling skills
- Relevant ties to Charlotte/North Carolina (REQUIRED!)
Key Responsibilities:
