Position Summary
The primary function of role will include managing changes to business processes, systems and technology. This individual will play a key role in helping projects (Transformation initiatives) meet business and schedule objectives. The individual will work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting the organization such that business results are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the implementation of agreed Continuous Improvements & Projects
- Responsible for ensuring that each program is supported by success criteria, processes, ROI, comprehensive briefings, appropriate training material, Post Implementation Review
- Responsible for ensuring smooth roll out of process changes / systems to the business
- Responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are up to speed, involved on the project / changes through structured communication
- Conduct Testing / Pilots for all new processes
- Update and maintain Knowledgebase and other tasks
Skills We Are Looking For
Education
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience with minimum 1 yr of Change / Project Management experience in a Contact Centre
- Good knowledge of MS Office with excellent presentation skills
- Use various formats to articulate data based on the audience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attitude that enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to organize and prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
Nice to Have
- Trained in Prince2 / PMP / Six Sigma (certification - added advantage)
- Experience using MS Project, MS Visio or equivalent
