Role Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of financial reporting within the trading or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret financial reports to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in monthly and quarterly financial close processes
- Collaborate with project teams to provide financial insights
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Conduct variance, trend, and performance analyses
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
- Evaluate historical and current financial data to identify trends
- Verify accuracy of financial transactions, wallet balances, and MetaTrader data
- Deliver clear and accurate daily financial reports to management
- Maintain understanding of business operations and responsibilities
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support when needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or certifications such as CPA/CFA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis (preferably in trading or financial services)
- Strong knowledge of financial strategies, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Experience with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5); knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus
