YOUR ROLE
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within the Procurement practice of a leading management consulting firm. They will demonstrate:
- A comprehensive understanding of current industry dynamics and emerging trends in Procurement, with a broader perspective on the evolving Supply Chain landscape
- Deep expertise across key Procurement capability areas, including:
- Procurement Strategy
- Procurement Organization & Operating Model Design
- Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Process Improvement & Optimization
- Spend Analysis & Cost Reduction Initiatives
- Procurement Technology & Package Selection
- Broader experience across other Supply Chain disciplines such as:
- Supply Chain Planning
- Logistics & Distribution
- Manufacturing Operations
- Supply Chain Analytics
- A strong executive presence with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
YOUR PROFILE
We would love to see a candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences
- Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members
- Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
- Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible
