Strategic Business Analyst
Key Role:
Serve as a business development professional and data analyst with a focus on the company's opportunity pipeline and customer relationship management (CRM) system and related datasets. Apply analytical expertise to convert large datasets into meaningful insights. Relay and present complex information to stakeholders in a concise manner. Apply data wrangling, visualization, and storytelling skills to help provide innovative solutions. Plan and execute pipeline analytics and create and present reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and leadership. Comfortably and effectively brief audiences on business insights that will drive key decisions. Use multi-faceted datasets to build automated dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Work closely with internal clients to learn financial and pipeline intricacies by serving as a subject matter expert for various enterprise systems. Automate manual processes to allow for simplistic interpretation of analysis not limited to key performance indicators and trend analysis. Apply knowledge of SQL, Python, Alteryx, or other scripting languages while increasing technical skillset. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience creating dashboards in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
- 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience synthesizing complex data and information and presenting it to senior leaders
- Ability to overcome technical issues that arise
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, or other scripting languages
- Possession of strong communication and presentation skills
- Possession of excellent research and collaboration skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
