Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically sharp Strategy Consultant to join our client's consulting team. This role is ideal for individuals with 4–7 years of experience in top-tier consulting environments who are passionate about solving complex business problems and driving organizational change at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to the design and execution of strategic engagements across industries including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Develop data-driven insights and actionable recommendations through primary and secondary research, financial modeling, and benchmarking.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, facilitating workshops, interviews, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to their professional development through coaching and mentorship.
- Support internal knowledge development, business development initiatives, and thought leadership.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 4–7 years of experience in management/strategy consulting with firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Monitor Deloitte, or equivalent.
- Education: Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution (e.g., IITs, IIMs, ISB, FMS, XLRI, etc.).
- Demonstrated expertise in solving complex business problems and developing strategic frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior client leadership.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams or projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
