Assignments Cover:

From the beginning, you will work closely with our senior leaders as part of a fast-growing and dynamic pan-European team.
Your responsibilities will Include:
- Advise stakeholders of companies facing financial difficulties, typically due to over-levered balance sheets; assess Group-level financial performance in addition to high-level analysis of the financial viability of subsidiary companies.
- Initial diagnostic assessment of key issues and business outlook, appraisal of options and contingency planning, cash flow assessments and Independent Business Reviews, capital structure modelling analysis.
- Together with a team of experienced professionals identify high impact opportunities to improve EBITDA and cash flow across the enterprise, ranging from quick wins to the ‘tough calls’ that deliver transformational results.
- Support review of performance figures and analyse data to examine the root cause of problems.
- Jointly develop and implement comprehensive profitability and working capital improvements to help stabilise financial and operational performance.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a range of team members and client stakeholders from front line to senior management, often in high pressure situations.
Requirements:
- MSc degree from an accredited top-tier university
- Previous experience within Corporate Finance or Valuations teams at a leading advisory firm (Big4 or boutique advisory firms). Investment banks or private equity experience will also be considered.
- Previous experience delivering assignments with a heavy financial modelling component, including Independent Business Reviews, short-term cash flow assessments, capital structure analysis and lender restructuring options analysis
- Demonstrated expertise of conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, particularly with integrated financial models, cash flow forecasts, LBO/capital structure models
- Previous experience and understanding of valuation and debt capacity analysis as a driver of financial restructuring options and tactics
- Fluency in Polish and English languages is a must
- Ability and willingness to travel pan-European
