This role is for a detail-oriented, highly organized recruitment professional who thrives in an international environment and excels at providing high-touch recruitment support to diverse stakeholders, preferably with experience in consulting.

How you will create an impact:
- Development and implementation of global recruiting strategies with a focus on cross-country searches.
- Management of the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring.
- Global collaboration with hiring managers and local HR colleagues for demand analysis and job profile definition.
- Advising and supporting hiring managers in identifying target markets (strategic sparring partner).
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates from various countries.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining global talent pools.
- Regular analysis and reporting of recruiting KPIs.
- Prior experience in active sourcing is a plus.
Your profile:
- Experience in global recruiting, preferably in an international environment, ideally in the professional services sector or a corporate environment.
- Degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and techniques.
- Experience in cross-country recruiting and awareness of cultural differences.
- Fluent in English.
