Teneo’s Investor Relations team advises clients on their ongoing engagement with the investment community, as well as on special situations. Our Investor Relations team makes sure clients have the support of their financial stakeholders both on an ongoing basis, and through major transformations. Responsibilities include assisting in the development, management, and execution of long-term IR programs for clients; collaborating closely with client account leaders to provide daily logistical and strategic IR support; drafting and reviewing investor-related corporate communications materials; conducting industry research and analysis; managing the planning of investor conferences and other industry events; developing client solutions while managing relationships; supporting company-wide marketing materials and new business development initiatives; and proactively identifying issues impacting clients. Qualifications include 4+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or investor relations; deep financial acumen; strong quantitative and analytical skills; proven communication skills; a bachelor's degree in finance, economics or relevant discipline preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management skills; resourcefulness and team orientation; and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The role offers performance-based compensation with a base salary range of $100,000 – $130,000, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package. The company expects employees assigned to the New York office to work from the office at least three times a week, supporting a flexible work policy with in-person collaboration when possible.
