The Team
As part of the Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) team, you will join a group of professionals dedicated to delivering high-impact results for our clients. The team focuses on enhancing the performance of portfolio companies through strategic and operational improvements. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the team's success.
About the Role
As an Intern, you will be part of the PEPI team for 3-6 months, gaining exposure to:
- Working on client engagements (either in the office or on client site)
- Developing company and industrial analyses
- Supporting research initiatives and new business development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a Master’s/MBA program
- Strong analytical skills combined with well-developed financial modeling capabilities
- Relevant practical experience in a consulting or financial environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
