The Role
A&M INFRA is expanding in EMEA, and we are looking to recruit Analysts or Associates (m/f/d) for our Hamburg office. Working with some of the industry's brightest and most respected colleagues, you will have an entry-level responsibility for collecting and analysing data, conducting research, synthesising conclusions, drafting reports and presentations and providing support to more senior team members in delivering complex infrastructure and capital projects from inception to completion. From day one, you will learn the core skills of a management consultant through real project work, structured training, and mentoring, laying the foundation for rapid personal and professional growth.
How you will contribute
- Research data and conduct meaningful analysis.
- Preparing internal and client-facing presentations and contribute to compelling client reports.
- Participate in the execution of work according to agreed timelines and quality standards understanding project objectives, scope and client expectations.
- Contribute to business development activities.
- Engage in a broad range of projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients across a variety of sectors, functional areas and geographies.
Qualifications
- Academic background (Bachelor or Master) preferably in engineering, economics, management or finance related disciplines.
- For Associate level first relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, evidence-based approach.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrable experience of team-working.
- Affinity to two or more of our focus industries.
- Native or fluent business-level English and German.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Willingness to travel nationally and within Europe.
- Preferred Internship or working student experience in consulting or infrastructure Additional languages.
