The Team
A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on serving upper middle market and large-cap private equity firms, helping improve operating results at their portfolio companies. The team specializes in supporting performing companies to deliver growth strategies and assisting underperforming companies with reorganization and cost reduction. Working directly with company management, A&M helps stabilize financial and operational performance by developing and implementing comprehensive profitability and working capital improvement measures.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of private equity portfolio companies across Europe.
How you will contribute
- Identify and validate performance improvement initiatives, create implementation plans, and lead their execution alongside company management.
- Manage workstreams, including mentoring junior A&M colleagues and client staff, and owning key business processes to solve client problems.
- Collaborate with A&M’s European partnership group to develop client-focused go-to-market propositions, solutions, pitches, and proposals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build complex integrated three-statement financial models.
- Understanding of the impacts of transformation initiatives on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
