Your responsibilities
As part of the Banking & Capital Markets team in Geneva, you will work with leading financial services clients (e.g., private banks, asset managers, family offices) on business transformation initiatives. You will help them define and implement new operational strategies and ensure their processes and systems align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.

In This Role, You Will
- Support clients in transforming and improving their organizations and operations, under the guidance of experienced team members
- Contribute expertise in areas such as strategy, business model design, performance improvement, process optimization, sustainability, or enterprise applications
- Conduct impactful quantitative and qualitative analyses, support project management tasks, and prepare high-quality client documents and presentations
- Participate in all phases of the consulting project lifecycle, from assessment to solution design and implementation
- Support business development activities in Switzerland, particularly in Swiss Romandie or Swiss German regions
- Actively grow your professional network and collaborate with BearingPoint’s global and local strategic partners
Your Profile
- A successfully completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Initial experience in consulting, banking, or a relevant financial services role is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, flexible mindset
- Ability to work effectively in international teams and manage complex tasks
- Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage
- Solid command of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with SQL or analytics tools is a plus
