Your responsibilities:
As part of the Banking & Capital Markets team in Geneva, you will work with leading financial services clients (e.g., private banks, asset managers, family offices) on business transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives. You will help them define and implement new operational strategies and ensure their processes and systems align with evolving regulations and industry best practices.

Your Key Tasks Will Include
- Working closely with our international team to deliver regulatory transformation projects, from strategy through to implementation
- Supporting the definition of future-proof processes, target operating models, and IT landscapes
- Conducting in-depth research and analysis on tax and regulatory topics (e.g., LSFin/FIDLEG, FINFRAG, FADP, AMLA, KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS, AEI, EMIR Refit, MIFIR, Client Tax reporting, etc.) to shape customized compliance solutions
- Supporting data-driven transformations by generating insights that help clients design resilient, future-ready business models
- Contributing to thought leadership by developing frameworks, whitepapers, and strategic approaches that drive innovation in the compliance domain
Your Profile
- Successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, law, or STEM disciplines from a top-tier university
- Initial experience in consulting or financial services (banking, wealth management, or regulatory compliance)
- Familiarity with one or more regulatory frameworks (e.g., LSFin/FIDLEG, FINFRAG, FADP, AMLA, KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS, Client Tax reporting, etc.) and their impact on business operations, processes, and technology landscapes
- Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive and adaptable attitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, international project environments and contribute to collaborative team success
