Marsh McLennan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Consultant – Cyber Risk Consulting to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.In this role, you will support the delivery of cyber risk consulting engagements, collaborate with regional and global teams, and help ensure our clients’ cybersecurity needs are met effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with the CRC (Cyber Risk Consulting) practice to develop compelling proposals, conduct research, and provide expert advice on cybersecurity risk management.
As a Senior Consultant, you will have 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will be proactive in problem-solving and committed to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
We will count on you to:
- Support the delivery of cyber risk consulting engagements for Marsh’s clients.
- Prepare deliverables and reports for the CRC practice.
- Conduct research on clients’ cybersecurity risk areas and develop insights for consulting.
- Build proposals and develop compelling presentations to communicate the value of our Cyber Risk Consulting services.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity standards, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice.
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities and engaging with potential clients.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to have:
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with bonus experience in Big 4 firms.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NCA regulations).
- Knowledge of data governance and data privacy laws (e.g., KSA’s Personal Data Protection Law) is a plus.
- Experience with technical cybersecurity areas such as vulnerability management, penetration testing, or cyber threat intelligence is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
