We are now launching our Invent Japan office and actively seeking founding members. This new office will be a select and high-caliber consulting team, combining Capgemini Group’s extensive global expertise and network with leadership from top-tier consulting firms and experts from Invent Global.
Strategy & Business Consulting - Consultant (Japan)
We are seeking founding members of Capgemini Invent Japan. As a Strategy & Business Consulting expert, you mission is to invent the future of digital transformations: deliver, transform, and manage digital operations, business processes, and enterprise solutions for greater agility and operational efficiency for our clients. In this role, you’ll focus on leading complex, high-impact engagements, and orchestrating end-to-end transformation initiatives across business strategy, innovation and transformation.
Main Responsibilities
- Development of corporate and business strategies
- Enterprise-wide transformation, business process reform, and digital transformation (DX) initiatives
- Business improvement and value creation through data and AI
- Collaboration with global teams
Your Profile
- Practical consulting/advisory experience at a strategy consulting firm, general consulting firm, or think tank
- Relevant experience in corporate in-house consulting or corporate planning
- MBA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Overseas work or project experience
