Description
A&M Global Capability Center is expanding its financial services team and hiring across capabilities including digital financial services, restructuring and performance improvement, specifically for the financial services clients including banking and insurance companies. Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find a person who is entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth, is comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of projects focused on digital transformation of financial services products
- Exhibit understanding and experience of working in the banking and/or insurance sub-sectors
- Exhibit experience of working on projects that involved implementing digital FS products (such as digital mortgage / digital lending on websites or mobile applications)
- Display understanding of customer journeys, as well as front and middle office interlinkages to be able to craft process flow, product features and requirements, as well as user journeys for deployment of the product
- Blackbelt / six sigma certifications will be a value-add
- The role does not require developing business case or WHY transform analysis, but instead focuses on HOW to transform (using customer-led digital, data, AI, & cloud propositions)
- Work closely with clients to grasp their business goals and customize solutions to align with their specific requirements
- Offer support to other team members throughout the project, from planning and execution to successful implementation
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating in a clear and actionable manner
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve high satisfaction and retain their business
- Contribute to business development by spotting new opportunities and assisting in proposal creation
