What You'll Do
As an Associate Business Analyst at Clarkston, you will:

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking versatile leaders and innovators with 1–2 years of prior industry or functional experience who are eager to work on diverse, challenging technology projects that transform client operations.
Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Applying knowledge of business processes to identify issues and opportunities
- Supporting blueprinting and design sessions to gather functional requirements and define new business processes
- Managing the design and development of customized reports using technical resources and tools
- Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users, sharing best practices
- Applying systems development lifecycle and implementation methodologies
- Gathering business requirements and analyzing underlying systems and processes
Additional Qualifications
- Energized by team success and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled communicator with strong business acumen and technical aptitude
- Organized and experienced in project-based work
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexible and willing to travel 30–50% of the time
