We are seeking a seasoned PMO Consultant to lead a comprehensive turnaround and transformation of a PMO organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities, able to assess current PMO operations, identify gaps, and implement sustainable improvements while managing ongoing PMO activities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the PMO turnaround initiative, including assessment, strategic recommendations, and execution of transformation plans.
- Establish and evolve PMO frameworks, governance models, and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with senior client executives, including the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Enterprise Portfolio & Program Management (EPPM) stakeholders.
- Engage and align with external partners such as E&Y and other strategic vendors.
- Provide advisory-level guidance while also being hands-on in implementing changes.
- Drive adoption of best practices across project and portfolio management.
- Monitor and report on PMO performance metrics and KPIs.
Who You Are:
- A Senior PMO Leader with a proven track record of standing up, evolving, and turning around underperforming PMO organizations.
- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Skilled in both strategic advisory and hands-on execution.
- Experienced in working with global teams and managing cross-functional vendor relationships.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive change.
