About the Role
In this role, you will design and deliver change management strategies, training programs, and adoption roadmaps that ensure users embrace new systems and processes effectively. Experience with WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms is highly valued, as you will leverage these tools to simplify complex workflows, accelerate onboarding, and boost user productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive change management initiatives across digital transformation projects.
- Design and deliver training programs, enablement sessions, and adoption strategies.
- Use WalkMe to create guided workflows, in-app training, and user support experiences.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment, buy-in, and adoption success.
- Develop governance and continuous improvement frameworks for sustainable adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to position Change & Training as a key value driver in transformation programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of consulting experience in Change Management, Training, or User Adoption.
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe or other digital adoption solutions is a strong plus.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $99,500 – $155,000
