Who You’ll Work With
The Global Finance FinOps Team is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role in our modernization journey. This role is instrumental in transforming financial operations through innovative technology and automation solutions. You will drive process improvements by designing, developing, and managing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform—including Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio—as well as overseeing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a self-starter mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. In support of our Finance of the Future vision, this role will help modernize Global Finance operations by developing a strong working knowledge of FinOps processes and using that insight to drive innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and Maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Use the Automation Anywhere platform to design, build, and support bots. Collaborate with FinOps leadership on priorities, provide updates, and ensure reliable performance through monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Design and Support Power BI Solutions: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support auditing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the FinOps team.
- Create and Enhance PowerApps Solutions: Develop innovative PowerApps to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Maintain and troubleshoot existing apps that support key FinOps activities, such as time tracking and data updates in systems like Changepoint.
- Document and Train: Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for all solutions, including development, deployment, and maintenance processes. Provide training and support to end-users and team members to ensure effective adoption and usage.
- Support Ad Hoc Projects and Requests: Partner with FinOps leadership on special projects and one-off requests, delivering analytical insights and tailored solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and automation trends. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance solution performance, scalability, and efficiency.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $77,000 to $90,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
