Your role
Our Data & Analytics (D&A) team members combine broad business understanding with technical expertise to help our clients make better data-driven decisions.
Expect to participate in projects ranging from advisory services to hands-on development of D&A solutions. We help our clients define a D&A strategy, organize their D&A capabilities, and implement data platforms and analytical solutions. The analytical work ranges from business intelligence reports and dashboards to Machine Learning and Generative AI.
Together with an ambitious and multidisciplinary team of colleagues, you will help our clients understand their current situation, risks, and opportunities and advise how they can use technology to solve their business needs. The type of projects will be varied, and you will have access to experts throughout our international community of consultants.
Your professional and personal growth will be supported by a Development Manager. As you deepen your expertise and grow as a consultant, you will take on greater responsibilities in our client engagements and our internal business activities. Such as team development, employer branding, developing new offerings, pitching to clients, and other activities.
What We Are Looking For In Our New Colleagues
You most likely have a technical background and want to balance your work with more business-focused and strategic tasks. Or you work in Management Consulting, and have a strong technical interest and are looking to deepen your expertise within data and AI.

We also expect you to hold a master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science Information Systems or other deemed relevant.
Additionally, to aid day-to-day business activities, some familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
