As a senior business analyst at Gallup, you’ll lead our software rationalization and optimization efforts to help us reduce redundancies, modernize tools and make smarter technology investments that enhance employee productivity. Partnering closely with stakeholders across technology, procurement, finance and business teams, you’ll evaluate tools, manage change and ensure we maximize the value of our technology investments.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and manage processes for software rationalization and optimization
- Analyze value, redundancy and compliance of Gallup software
- Maintain a central inventory of licenses and SaaS tools
- Lead governance processes for monitoring usage, facilitating renewals and evaluating new tool requests
- Lead discovery with stakeholders to assess business needs and match teams with the right tools
- Research and recommend modern, cost-effective solutions for tool consolidation or replacement
- Develop and communicate transition and change management strategies to retire or replace tools successfully
- Track adoption, ROI and productivity improvements through metrics and reporting
- Partner with procurement and finance on license consolidation, renewals and vendor negotiations

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business or related field required; master’s degree preferred
- At least five years of experience in business analysis, business optimization, software rationalization and optimization, software asset management, software portfolio management, or technology strategy required
- Proven experience evaluating SaaS tools and driving cost optimization required
- Experience managing vendor relationships required
- Proven experience guiding teams or initiatives to successful outcomes required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
