Role description:
- Participate in digital HR transformation projects.
- Manage functional documentation and support PMO activities.
- Interact with clients and partners in international environments.
Requirements:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Nice to have: integrations with SAP HCM and familiarity with talent modules (Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting).
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Proactive attitude and desire to grow into functional consulting.
