The work:
We are expanding our Iberia Strategy Talent & Organization team and looking for professionals with experience in HR transformation and organizational strategy to join us.
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, a typical project might include the following activities:
Supporting organizations in aligning their talent strategy with business objectives by deeply understanding transformation programs and their strategic impact.
Contributing to strategic initiatives, ensuring coherence between enterprise goals and people-centric approaches.
Designing and implementing interventions that drive organizational agility and effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s strategic frameworks, assets, and tools to enable sustainable change.
Conducting stakeholder analysis and strategic impact assessments to shape solutions that foster leadership alignment and organizational engagement.
Developing transformation roadmaps, including next-generation communication strategies and tailored capability-building programs to support diverse stakeholder groups.
Measuring the effectiveness of strategic interventions using data-driven insights to track progress and inform decision-making.
Here’s what you need:
2+ years of experience in strategic transformation projects related to HR, organizational design, or enterprise change in complex environments.
Minimum bachelor's degree.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational and cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with strategic HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and experience in change enablement within S/4HANA or similar transformation programs is valued.
Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or strategy-related methodologies are a plus.
