What will you be doing?

Client Delivery

Assist clients in navigating regulatory challenges by supporting initiatives such as: regulatory strategy for policy and ratemaking; revenue requirements modeling; rate design and modeling; and business case analysis for investment justification
Act as or support the Project Manager in developing project plans, milestones, estimates, and structure on small, medium, or large engagements.
Gather business process and technical requirements through workshops with client personnel to develop business process and technical documentation deliverables, including requirements, process maps, and key performance indicators within electric, water, or gas utility initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis to support regulatory filings, stakeholder engagement, and proceedings.
Contribute to the preparation of materials for regulatory strategy development, investment plan authorship, and business case justification.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to address regulatory compliance needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and jurisdictional requirements.
Contribute to the Energy & Utilities consulting practice through methodology development and refinement, supporting proposals, and contributing to internal communities within the

We need someone who can bring the following to the table:

You Have a Strong Foundation In The Utilities Industry And a Passion For Solving Complex Challenges. We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, management information systems, business, or a related field.
Familiarity with regulatory principles and processes, including experience or exposure to areas such as rate design, revenue requirements, or regulatory accounting.
A minimum of 3 years of professional services consulting or industry experience preferred.
Previous project management and consulting experience, including writing and presenting business solutions.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other tools such as Word, Project, and Visio.
A commitment to inclusion and diversity, with openness to new ideas and perspectives.
The ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project demands

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
