Rubrik Admin JD:
Deploy and administer Rubrik backup solutions:
- Ensure data integrity and archiving of critical data.
- Perform problem resolution and root cause analysis.
- Implement automation and scripting to reduce manual tasks.
- Provide proactive alerting to prevent outages.
Manage Azure cloud infrastructure:
- Provision, configure, and monitor Azure virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components
- Implement security measures and manage access controls in Azure.
- Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery strategies for Azure resources.
Collaborate with other teams:
- Act as a point of escalation for Rubrik backup & Azure cloud environment
- Work with teams on cloud resource provisioning
- Document systems and configurations for ease of support.
Technical expertise:
- 5+ years of experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining storage backup hardware and software
- Proficiency with Rubrik internal workings, including Polaris.
- Experience with backup and recovery techniques in large enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Azure platform expertise
