Our Technology Advisors help clients design and deliver technology-enabled transformations that make their organisations more connected, efficient, and secure. We work with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to define IT strategies, modernise architectures, adopt new technologies, enhance cybersecurity, and reimagine their IT operating models for the digital age. This includes supporting organisations as they prepare for, and accelerate, AI adoption to improve their business outcomes and user experience.
We bring together business understanding, deep technical insight, and practical experience to help our clients make the right technology choices and deliver them successfully.
As a Technology Advisory Graduate, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to projects that help organisations define their technology strategy, and plan large-scale digital transformations.
- Work with experienced consultants to design target enterprise architectures, assess technology landscapes, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Support clients in adopting AI, cloud platforms, improving cybersecurity resilience, and enhancing IT service delivery using modern frameworks and methods.
- Participate in the design and optimisation of IT operating models, helping clients align people, processes, and technology to strategic goals.
- Analyse technical and business data to produce insights that guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and Europe to solve client challenges.
- Learn continuously through structured graduate training, mentoring, and on-the-job experience.

What We Look For In a Technology Advisory Graduate
We’re looking for bright, curious, and enthusiastic people who are passionate about how technology can drive change and want to develop as trusted technology advisors.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think both technically and strategically.
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to explain complex IT concepts clearly.
- A passion for technology trends such as cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise systems.
- An interest in frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or Agile/DevOps practices.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
- The ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to new challenges.
- A proactive and curious mindset with a desire to keep learning about emerging technologies and trends.
What We Will Look For In Your CV
- Excellent academic record with a Master’s degree (2.1 or higher) or related discipline.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in IT strategy, cloud, software development, data analytics, or cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated drive and commitment – in any field such as sports, the arts, volunteering, or innovation projects.
- Proficiency in articulating concepts visually, verbally and for business and technical audiences.
- Authenticity, reflecting your own experience, achievements and voice.
