About the job:
Are you an inspiring leader with a strong background in financial services and consulting? Do you thrive on building client relationships and growing successful project portfolios? If so, we are looking for you to join us as a Business Development Manager (Financial Services) in our Bratislava office!
- Lead complex programs and large-scale transformation projects with more than 20 colleagues involved – from operating model definition to process optimization and system implementations.
- Advise clients on business process challenges by identifying, assessing, and measuring organizational capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of their organizations.
- Identify client opportunities and leads, clearly articulate Synpulse’s value proposition, and support the sale of services to both new and existing clients.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by increasing sales and revenues through active engagement with current and potential clients.
- Design and develop innovative market offerings and services, and present them effectively to clients.
- Strategically lead and further develop the management consulting practice in Slovakia by shaping people, services, and team capabilities and quality of delivery.
- Lead internal initiatives (e.g., Academy, Strategy Implementation) and drive internal development categories to ensure continuous quality and sustainable growth.
Job Requirements
About you:
- 7+ years experience in a management consultancy, such as big 4, or boutique consultancies in Financial Services
- Long term experience in transformation projects in the banking or insurance industry
- System implementation project experience
- Good network to senior leadership in the financial service industry
- Ability to build and lead a consulting unit
- Capability to acquire own project portfolio with new clients
- Excellent communication in English, German is a huge plus
- Ability to anticipate trends in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence
