The Data Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in enabling the Marketing CC to deliver insight-led, data-driven insights that inform and empower the global marketing strategy. Working closely with the Head of Digital Strategy & Enablement, this role will design and manage the analytics framework, ensure robust measurement across all channels, and translate data into actionable business recommendations. This is a high-impact role for a data expert who can operate at the intersection of analytics, marketing strategy, and commercial outcomes.

How you will create an impact:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the global marketing analytics framework, covering all digital channels (paid, owned, earned) and offline-to-online integration where applicable.
- Design and implement the strategic integration of all necessary data reporting platforms to ensure seamless data transfer and comprehensive reporting across all marketing channels.
- Partner with the Head of Digital Strategy & Enablement to define measurement KPIs, attribution models, and reporting standards across global campaigns.
- Own marketing data governance, ensuring consistent definitions, data quality, and integrity across systems (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and BI tools).
- Manage dashboards and automated reporting pipelines that provide actionable insights to regional and global marketing teams.
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations for optimisation, including channel mix adjustments, audience targeting refinements, and content strategy insights.
- Develop advanced segmentation and propensity models to improve campaign targeting and lead scoring.
- Build and maintain tagging, tracking, and data integration frameworks to capture full-funnel marketing performance.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support campaign planning, pipeline forecasting, and ROI measurement.
- Collaborate with IT, sales operations, and finance to ensure marketing analytics aligns with compliance guidelines, commercial reporting and revenue tracking.
- Support test-and-learn initiatives by defining experiment design, control groups, and statistical significance methodologies.
Your profile:
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of digital channel measurement, attribution, media mix modelling, and multi-touch analysis.
- Experience in B2B marketing analytics, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Highly proficient in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), marketing automation systems (Click Dimensions preferred), and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets, and cloud data warehousing systems such as BigQuery.
- Ability to link marketing performance data to commercial outcomes, including pipeline and revenue impact.
- Skilled at simplifying complex data for non-technical audiences and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing data governance and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Strong project management skills, able to prioritise and deliver across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
