The Team
The Debt and Capital Lead Advisory team offers capital solutions to private equity funds, corporates, and government in the APAC region, and more widely, ranging from USD10M to USD1B, through providing services across capital structuring, debt advisory solutions, and corporate finance advisory at the board level.
How you will contribute
Due to the tremendous growth and demand within the region, we are looking to hire Analyst / Associate level candidates to cover corporate finance and capital raising advisory services across Asia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics etc., MBA degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
- 2+ years of structured and / or leveraged financing or corporate finance experience in related areas, preferably at banks and credit funds.
- Possess strong analytical (financial modeling, due diligence, presentation) and execution skills.
- Ability to excel and deliver high quality work.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
