JD for Associate – SDR Ops Team
What will you do:
- Sales & Marketing process implementation & its sustenance using CRM & existing tools and processes
- You will be part of SDR Operations team with major focus on supporting operations from CRM Point of View and its reporting
Key requirements:
- Preferred Qualification - Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and has 1-3 years plus experience in Sales and marketing Operations
- Proficiency requirement –
- Experience working in high-growth and performance-focused environments
- Fluency in spoken & written English for smooth communication with Non-Indian Management Stakeholders
- Hands-on experience of Sales and Marketing Data analytics, should be able to CRM maintaining data with quality by doing record audits and analysis
- Power BI Reporting understanding is good to have
- CRM tools like HubSpot - Build knowledge by self-learning and logics on the features of HubSpot and more specifically on the functionalities of HubSpot’s that impacts processes
- Preferred Experience - Preferred Experience of 1-3 years in Sales & Marketing Operations
- Preferred industry - High-tech B2B /cloud/SaaS/IT/ services
