Join Centric Consulting – A Culture You’ll Love
At Centric Consulting, we've cultivated a unique approach to business. Our business is built on three fundamental principles: Enjoy the people you work with, have fun, and do great work. These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.
You’re a hands-on, data driven analyst who loves turning complexity into clarity. You move fast, work with imperfect data, and thrive in large, matrixed environments. You’re execution oriented — not advisory — and you take pride in driving opportunities from data → insight → decision → action. You communicate crisply, collaborate well across business and IT, and deliver executive ready outputs.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze technology spend, applications, contracts, and licenses to build clear current state baselines.
- Identify and validate simplification and cost reduction opportunities (rationalization, consolidation, renewals, optimization).
- Quantify savings, timing, dependencies, and execution complexity, partner with Finance on estimates.
- Build concise business cases, opportunity summaries, and decision ready materials for leadership.
- Track execution of approved initiatives — actions, owners, milestones, risks, and value realization.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and Wave 2 opportunity backlogs.
- Coordinate across Business, IT, Finance, Procurement, and GBS to close data gaps and accelerate alignment.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or Cost Optimization Analyst.
- Experience with technology portfolios, application rationalization, or cost takeout programs.
- Strong analytical skills with financial, operational, and technology data.
- Ability to operate in large, complex enterprises with tight timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort producing executive ready deliverables.
Bonus Experience
- Enterprise simplification or transformation programs
- IT financials, vendor management, or contract analysis
- Healthcare/regulated industry background
- Ability to work with partial data and still drive clarity
