Centric Consulting is seeking an Organization Design Analyst/Consultant to support organization design initiatives for our clients. This role will partner with project leaders and client stakeholders to help shape operating models, clarify roles and responsibilities, and design effective organizational structures. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in organization effectiveness within a consulting environment. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting the delivery of high-quality, client-ready organization design solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Support the development and execution of organization design initiatives aligned to business strategy and transformation objectives
- Assist with organization design activities, including capability mapping, team and operating model definition, and organization chart development
- Partner with project leads and stakeholders to develop clear role descriptions and responsibilities
- Help define interaction models and governance structures to enable effective collaboration across teams
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality, executive-ready deliverables, including presentations, analyses, and documentation
- Conduct research, synthesize insights, and support problem-solving related to organizational effectiveness and workforce design
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to support successful project delivery

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, organization design, human capital, or a related analytical role preferred
- Exposure to organization design frameworks, methodologies, or tools is a plus
