About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level Consumer Insights and Marketing Analyst (Level III) to act as a strategic partner for our Platforms & Ecosystems team. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be a critical translator between business challenges and strategic execution.
You will work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to help them clearly articulate core business questions, partner with top-tier global research vendors to execute the studies, and synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into compelling, executive-ready stories. A key focus of this position will be uncovering insights surrounding high-value user behaviors within mobile app, gaming, and emerging AR/VR/XR platform ecosystems to directly shape our 2026 Marketing Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Insights Articulation: Translate ambiguous business challenges from cross-functional stakeholders into clear, actionable research questions.
- End-to-End Vendor Management: Partner with and manage external research powerhouses (e.g., Ipsos, Kantar) and smaller custom boutique shops to execute quantitative and qualitative studies (including focus groups).
- Executive Storytelling: Synthesize complex vendor reports and raw data into clear, impactful presentations (using Sheets and Slides) that influence senior leadership and shift business strategy.
- Ecosystem & Trend Analysis: Drive strategic analysis exploring consumer behaviors, download patterns, and engagement trends specifically within mobile app, gaming, and immersive AR/VR technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, loyalty, and product marketing teams to build psychological safety, mitigate biases, and cultivate an inclusive environment for diverse perspectives to thrive.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or Marketing Analytics.
- Background Preference: Experience working within an advertising agency, marketing consultancy (e.g., as an Account Planner or Client Strategist), or a fast-paced B2C Tech/Consumer Goods environment.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile app platforms, digital marketing channels, mobile gaming, or immersive/spatial technology (AR/VR/XR).
- Technical Acumen: Proficient with productivity and visualization tools (Workspace Slides/Sheets). Comfort with basic raw data tools (like R Studio) or AI-driven analytics workflows is a plus, but heavy data modeling is not the primary focus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional consultative skills, adaptability in ambiguous ("gray") environments, and a proven track record of successfully navigating stakeholder pushback or negative feedback.
