The LEASER platform is part of Kantar's promoCAR business and delivers automotive finance intelligence to clients across multiple markets. By combining data from financial configurators, automotive pricing sources, mystery shopping and external data providers, LEASER helps clients make better business decisions through high-quality market intelligence.
As a Junior Data & Project Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and consistency of the data that powers our insights while developing valuable skills in analytics, automation and project delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Support monthly data collection and validation activities across multiple markets.
- Review and assess data received from suppliers, web scraping providers and mystery shopping activities.
- Identify data quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to manage operational activities and resolve incidents.
- Support customer requests and investigate data-related questions.
- Use Excel, AI-assisted tools and basic Python automation to improve processes and efficiency.
- Test new developments and document findings clearly.
- Contribute ideas that improve automation, scalability and data quality.
The ideal skills and experience
We're interested in people with strong potential and a willingness to learn. You do not need to be an experienced Data Scientist or Project Manager to be successful in this role.
You'll likely bring:
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills or the desire to become advanced quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Basic Python knowledge or enthusiasm to learn automation tools.
- Confidence using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to support productivity.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Interest in data, technology, market intelligence or the automotive sector.
Experience in SQL, Power BI, market research, business operations or automotive-related fields would be beneficial but is not essential.
