About The Role
At GEP, we develop our Business Network platform to help companies exchange invoices and other business documents electronically across international markets.
We are looking for someone who enjoys understanding business needs, solving problems, and translating complex information into clear requirements. Working closely with Product Managers and R&D, you will help us develop country-specific e-invoicing and compliance capabilities, assessing how new requirements fit our existing solutions.
You do not need to be an e-invoicing expert to join us. We welcome junior candidates with strong analytical potential and an interest in technology. We provide training in our platform, solutions, and compliance domain.
What You Will Do
- Analyze business processes and country-specific e-invoicing and reporting requirements, including Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC).
- Compare new requirements with existing platform capabilities, identifying what can be reused, configured, or extended.
- Translate findings into clear business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Product Managers, R&D, and customer-facing teams to clarify needs, evaluate options, and build a shared understanding.
- Support development and testing by answering questions, reviewing expected behavior, and identifying gaps or exceptional scenarios.
- Maintain practical documentation in Jira and Confluence, and identify opportunities to improve our solutions and ways of working.
What You Bring
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, solution analysis or project management, or a similar role supporting software products, integrations or coordination related.
- The ability to research unfamiliar topics, ask relevant questions, and turn findings into clear documentation.
- An interest in technology and a willingness to understand how systems, integrations, and data flows work.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and fluent written and spoken English.
Nice To Have — Not Required
- Familiarity with APIs, XML/JSON, system integrations, or data mapping.
- Experience with WebMethods or Node.js.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience in data, solution or business analysis, implementation, technical support, invoicing, or electronic document exchange.
What We Offer
- Training and support to develop your product, compliance, and technical analysis skills.
- Close collaboration with experienced Product Managers, analysts, and R&D teams.
- The opportunity to contribute to international solutions and take increasing ownership as your experience grows.
- A hybrid working model combining flexibility with regular collaboration in our Toruń office.
