What You Will Do
- Assist with business development activities.
- Work closely with senior management and clients to create customized procurement and supply chain solutions.
- Participate on the planning, preparation and recommendation processes for action plans and help clients to implement them.
- Analyze client spend data and create deliverables for projects.
- Understand and translate client needs to provide flawless services.
- Work with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients.
- Utilize sourcing levers and hypothesis-driven approach to size and validate opportunities.
- Drive implementations to realize savings across supply chain
- Lead benchmarking exercise to ensure pricing competitiveness and conduct category research to drive innovation or service satisfactions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis based on project needs, present findings and drive progress
What You Should Bring
- Graduated in: industrial engineering, mechatronics, chemistry, or related fields. MBA is a PLUS
- Superior quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Strategic thought process accompanied with the idea of examining a scenario from various perspectives
- Skill-set should include academic, extracurricular, or professional achievements that showcase your knowledge and experience with working day-to-day in a professional setting
- Highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; including the ability to transform data into engaging PowerPoint presentations and the ability to analyze data in Excel
- Fully bilingual: English is a MUST, Portuguese is a PLUS

- Good organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
- Knowledge of project management and sourcing/supply chain.
- Business acumen: Understanding how markets work Change Management
