What You Will Do
As a Senior Associate, you will be involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through final implementation. Almost immediately, you will join a project team, working at a client location, sharing your ideas, solving problems and providing solutions in the areas of purchasing, supply chain management, business process management, and technology. Candidates will build their project management and client management skills, and further develop their communication and presentation abilities.
- Gathering and analysing data
- Helping to generate proposals and lead certain client and analyst teams
- Recommending actions and help clients implement them
- Having opportunities to create intellectual capital and recruit new consultants
- Working closely with senior management and clients to create customised purchasing proposals
- Analysing client spend data and creating deliverables for the project
- Understanding client needs to provide flawless service
- Assisting with business development activities
- Working with senior management to develop selling tools for key clients
- Recommending actions and help clients implement them.
What You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field with a GPA of 3.3 or above and at least 2-3 years prior consulting experience or industry experience.
- Demonstrated excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong academic, extracurricular, or work experience in business, Internet, or relevant industry areas is needed.
- Demonstrated highly motivated team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create formulas and to analyze data).
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, English is a must.
- Valid passport and US Visa.

- Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment.
- Knowledge of project management and sourcing/supply chain.
- Business acumen: Understanding how markets work Change Mgmt.

- Negotiation skills includes building eAuction strategies.
- Excellent communication – written and verbal.
