About the job:
- Partnering with reinsurance clients to understand their business and technology strategy, analyse their business requirements and implement tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with system experts to tackle complex client challenges and deliver innovative, real-world solutions.
- Supporting end-users by analysing, triaging and testing bugs and issues, while also leading the testing of new feature deployment, bug fixes, and UAT activities.
- Working with clients to identify and implement business process improvements around the usage of reinsurance core systems.
- Driving reinsurance platform projects including system implementations, data migrations, building new interfaces, and rolling out upgrades and new modules.
About you:
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree (such as an MA, MSc, or MBA) and/or other relevant qualifications considered a plus.
- You are intellectually curious, and you use your technical and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills, making you a valuable asset in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- You have impactfully contributed to projects through every phase, driving change and delivering results.
