What You'll Do
As a Visiting Associate at BCG, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. Consulting work is varied and thorough, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client’s challenge. You’ll collaborate on high-reaching projects with team members from many backgrounds and fields, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future, be that at BCG or beyond.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to address client challenges.
• Analyze data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation.
• Work on independent workstreams, contributing to overall project success.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in progress; advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and dynamic environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
