We are the European Consulting Team consisting of over 70 consultants spread across Europe with core of more than 35 local consultants based out of Warsaw. As a team we are a strong group of highly skilled and collaborative individuals who work together to both support our wide range of local market consultancy teams across Europe, in addition to developing, driving, and delivering our own solutions and projects from end-to-end.
Depending on your background and level of experience, you will be responsible for providing strategic global HR/Reward advice, in addition to consulting within the Compensation & Benefits space, delivering a wider range of services and consultancies to our clients. Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in across Europe and subsidiaries of large global multinationals with European offices. You will work with CxOs, CHRO’s as well as dedicated Rewards Leaders to ensure optimal support to clients, we regularly work closely with our network of colleagues around the world.
Candidates will be required to:
- Provide reward and broader HR support
- Explore and execute business growth opportunities
- Drive the development of reward strategies, policies and processes for our clients
- Provide consulting and advisory on international reward structures & principles
- Develop and drive client events and client relationships
- Independent management of client projects and internal projects
- Be a mentor & a role model to junior team-members, incl. supporting and guiding in relation to client projects
Your professional experience and personal qualifications include
- Knowledge in HR and specialized knowledge within the field of rewards and job structures
- Preferably 7-10 years of experience within the consultancy field and/or experience from a reward function in a larger company
- Process development or project management experience and business development experience is considered a plus
- Detail orientated with a high personal ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries at all times
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams across Europe in addition to our central team in Warsaw
- Fluent English
